Tempohousing UK & Ireland are an off-site modular manufacturing and construction business. We specialise in the supply of high quality, rapidly built, modular homes. These are used for student accommodation, as hotels, and for both private and social housing. Using a 3D Volumetric design manufactured off-site in a controlled factory setting, we utilise parallel processing whereby we simultaneously work on site and off site speeding up the building process.

We deliver developments quickly and on time, providing expert solutions on projects in need of an immediate response.

Tempohousing are big advocates of looking after the environment and all our modular buildings are eco-friendly producing up to 90% less waste.

Tempohousing Netherlands have been in the modular construction business for over 16 years and have built and delivered over 2000 homes and hotel rooms to happy customers around the world. Tempohousing Netherlands have built homeless shelters, student accommodation and homes for young professionals whilst keeping the rents low and affordable. Tempohousing isn't about turning over mass profit, we want to build homes that people can afford to live in and also have a life at the same time.

We are currently working on residential projects in both Ireland and the UK.
