Modulor Studio is RIBA chartered architectural practice specialising in shared living & modular projects. We have a reputation for delivery of both complex and sensitive projects involving listed buildings and modern methods of construction. We have over a decade long extensive practical experience in modulardesign and modern methods of construction ranging from volumetric timber and steel frame to CLT and panelised systems.

Sustainability and low carbon design are an integral part of Modulor Studio’s work and they are integrated into our projects to create healthy, low carbon living environments. With every project we look to balance the highest achievable environmental standards against the client’s aspirations and project budget.

In addition to commercial work Modulor Studio undertakes social impact projects and works with charities supporting reduction of homelessness.

WMEboom

WMEboom is a leading engineering design consultancy. Our aim is to deliver exceptional and sustainable design solutions on building and infrastructure projects for our clients. To do this we apply our vast project delivery experience holistically and ensure that the original aims are delivered throughout the lifetime of the asset. A proactive and collaborative outlook with clients, architects and other design team members from project inception onwards maximises the opportunities for successful delivery of all our projects. It is not in our make up to work in silos, preferring instead to demystify and explain engineering principles to allow the full spectrum of opportunities to be explored within the design.

Our commitment to the principles of environmental design and the Soft Landings Framework is a reflection of our wish to minimising post completion defects and providing our clients with value for money, whilst reducing environmental impact.

Alium Group

Alium Group is a firm of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors based in Bristol. Founded in 2017 by Andrew Payne and Stephen Shaw who between them have over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. Both Andrew and Stephen have a range of experience over numerous sectors, with the majority of work over the last few years spent working on residential and student accommodation sectors. We have worked on several projects over the last 12 months where the client is keen to explore the use ofMMC on their projects, gaining further knowledge on the possible options and subsequent cost and programme implications.

Heritage, landscape & archaeological collective

HCUK Group is building a leading environmental consultancy that takes pride in offering clients honest and informed advice in the fields of archaeology, heritage and landscape. Archaeology, Heritage and Landscape Collectives can provide an integrated approach to the three disciplines to ensure that development is sensitively integrated into the site in a way that is appropriate for the historic character.

Landscape and visual impacts would be mitigated where necessary. Our design approach would enhance the setting of new and existing buildings to provide a coherent site wide approach to the masterplan, the design expressed using a sensitively designed palette of hard materials and plant selection.

A landscape management plan is recommended to provide a holistic approach to the site’s landscape, trees and biodiversity to unlock its potential as a special place that provides a distinctive setting for education now and in the future.
