Bevan Brittan is a national law firm, with Bristol as our home. We advise the local business community across Bristol and the wider area, and we know that provision of new homes and in particular sufficient affordable housing is one of the major issues facing the city today.

We provide commercial advice to the largest social housing providers and developers across the country, from large complex joint venture schemes redeveloping swathes of brownfield land, to cutting edge innovative building solutions such as modular construction, which offer a high-quality and environmentally-sensitive solution.

We are a major employer in the city, with over 250 colleagues based in our central Bristol office, and we are proud to support the Bristol Housing Festival.
