Ashton Rise is a new collection of 133 homes in Bristol (40% of which will be affordable) that have a brilliant sustainable ‘first’ as part of their construction: a fossil-free ground source heating system has been used, for the first time to this scale. This system will reduce heating costs for residents as well as being good for the environment.
The construction of these Bristol homes also include the innovative Sig iHouse solution, and the apartment blocks using a lightweight Fusion steel frame- both solutions will enable the homes to be watertight quicker, all helping with the speed of construction!
